  Took 3 trips to return few items that were too small for my husband. The assistant manager could not log in to her computer and kept on telling me to go away and just come back later. She became increasingly rude as I was waiting. Later when I called to inform the manager of what happened, I was told that computer failure is not their problem and I obviously don't understand how computers work? Very poor and insensitive customer service. No need to shop there when there are many other footware stores in the same mall.
